The Brembo GP4-RS is the equivalent of the famous M50 calipers, but the GP4-RS were designed to fit Japanese brand bikes. With the GP4-RS you're getting a pair of cast aluminium monoblock calipers designed for track day riders and high-performance street superbikes. The Brembo engineers have focussed on keeping the weight down to keep the unsprung weight to a minimum. By using highly efficient, smaller pistons and shaving away as much material as possible without compromising rigidity, the GP4-RS calipers are 15% lighter than their M4 counter part.
